Small, affordable and really, really fast, Zzoomm is one of the many new altnets (alternative networks to Openreach) stepping up to help full fibre reach everyone in the UK. It's only available in 29 market towns right now, so unfortunately not everyone will have access, but those who do can enjoy symmetrical connections that go up to an incredible 2,000Mbps, at a really reasonable price.
Broadband packages
All of Zzoomms plans are symmetrical speeds. This means upload speeds are equal to that of download speeds. Great news for gamers! All packages come with an excellent Wi-Fi 6 hub.
200 Full Fibre
A great plan that powers a download speed and upload speed of 200Mbps. It’s well equipped to handle large content uploads, streaming and online gaming.
500 Full Fibre
This powerful plan offers users typical download and upload rates of 500Mbps. An incredibly fast connection, that is great for large households, multiple devices and downloading and streaming movies and videogames in UHD (ultra high definition).
1Gig Full Fibre
It's the holy grail 'one-gig' internet. Symmetrical speeds of 1Gig is incredibly fast, and only really of use to people who download and update a lot of very large files such as videogames.
2Gig Full Fibre
Does anyone really need 2Gig? No, well not in the next couple of years anyway. But if you want to future-proof your home and have peace of mind that you will always have the fastest, most stable internet available, then this is the one for you.
Switching to Zzoomm
Switching to Zzoomm should be pretty straight forward. Once you’ve selected your package, depending on your postcode, it takes an average of 7 days (14 days max) to get your new order to go live.
You’ll need an engineer to visit. There are three different ways that your broadband will be installed into the property: via a small channel (a small trench will be dug outside and then filled in again), via existing underground infrastructure or by an overhead pole. All of these should take less than two hours. And, all of these are free of charge.
Excellent customer service
With a TrustPilot Rating of 4.7+ from over 5,300+ independently verified customer reviews and 92% of these rated as ‘Excellent’, Zzoomm scores much higher than most of the bigger, better known providers.
### No mid-contract price rise
Some broadband providers may increase monthly prices in line with the retail or consumer price index each year during the length of your contract. But this isn’t something you have to worry about with Zzoomm as they state clearly with each plan that there will be ‘no mid-contract price rises’.
