Latest Rise Fibre deals
Why choose Rise Fibre?
- Amazing full fibre speeds of up to 2.3Gbps (on some networks)
- Great value packages
- Nationwide availability
This new alternative network provider offers ultrafast broadband with speeds of up to 2.3Gbps across England, Wales and Scotland. With 30-day contract options and prices that start from £25, Rise Fibre offers great performance internet with exceptional affordability.
Because Rise Fibre uses three different networks to deliver its broadband – Rise Fibre, Openreach and CityFibre – it can supply connectivity to most of the UK.
Broadband packages
your plan options depend on which network serves your address. On Openreach-based plans, speeds are slightly lower and asymmetric – uploads are lower than downloads e.g. 500Mbps down / 70Mbps up. On CityFibre or Rise Fibre’s own network, speeds are symmetrical, so uploads match downloads. There are other slight differences too, such as contract length and price.

Openreach options
Customers who get their Rise Fibre broadband through the Openreach network will have these four full-fibre options to choose from:
200Mbps
Rise Fibre’s slowest plan with Openreach still offers a very respectable 200Mbps download and 30Mbps upload speed. This smart package can easily handle 8-10 devices all requiring an internet connection at the same time.

500Mbps
Rise Fibre’s second fastest plan has an average 500Mbps download speed (70Mbps upload). These serious speeds make it possible to download an HD movie in 24 seconds and can easily handle 9-12 devices at the same time.

Rise Fibre’s fastest service with Openreach. This full fibre package gives users an impressive average download speed of 900Mbps (110Mbps upload) which will easily cover all high-use working and gaming internet usage in busy households. It can download your HD movie in 15 seconds and cope with 12+ devices all being used together.
CityFibre options
Customers who get their Rise Fibre broadband through the CityFibre network will have these five full-fibre options to choose from:

500Mbps
Incredibly fast connection, great for large households, multiple devices and downloading and streaming movies and videogames in UHD (ultra high definition). This has an average download and upload speed of 500Mbps.
1Gbps
Rise Fibre’s gigabit service. This full fibre package offers users an impressive average download and upload speed of 900Mbps which will easily support 12+ devices for the ultimate experience in large, busy households.
2.3Gbps
Does anyone really need 2.3Gigs? No, well not in the next couple of years anyway. But if you want to future-proof your home and have peace of mind that you will always have the fastest, most stable internet available, then this is the one for you.
Switching to Rise Fibre
If you’re a new customer, Rise Fibre aim to get you up and running within two weeks.
They will handle the whole switching process, so you won’t even have to contact your current broadband provider to tell them you’re leaving. Rise Fibre will handle the whole transfer for you.
Will you need an engineer visit? Maybe, it depends on what connection your home currently has. For example, if you need a new full fibre installation, an engineer visit might be necessary. But Rise Fibre will be able to tell you whether this is necessary during your ordering process and book this in for you.
If this isn’t needed, your service will likely be self-installed. You’ll receive a router in the post and this will need to be connected on the activation date.
Excellent customer service
The company is so new – June 2025 – that it’s impossible to compare reviews yet. The only way we could really get an indication is by looking at its parent company, 4th Utility. This alternative network does well with customer reviews and scores a very respectable 4.3 on Trustpilot for its customer support. You can see the latest 4th Utility reviews here.
Price increases
Rise Fibre increases its monthly price by £3 in line with the retail or consumer price index every March. Please refer to individual terms and conditions before signing up.
