Switching to Hey Broadband

Switching to Hey Broadband should be straight forward. Once you’ve selected your package, it normally takes around 14 days for your new order to go live. If you do need an engineer for a new line installation then Hey!Broadband will arrange for this. Or if you already have a line in place, you’ll be posted out a router that just needs to be plugged in on your go-live date.

VoIP
