This small, specialist provider is on a mission to make sure ‘no connection is left behind’. Quickline has done an impressive job of bringing fast, affordable full fibre broadband with gigafast speeds of up to 1000 Mbps to rural areas around Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.

Broadband packages

For all of its packages Quickline gives the option to cancel if you are not completely satisfied within the first 30 days.

Connect - 200Mbps

Quickline’s entry-level deal gives a download and upload speed of 200Mbps. Perfect for smaller households and up to 10 devices.

Extra - 500Mbps

This full fibre package has an upload and download speed of 500Mbps. It’s well equipped to handle large content uploads, streaming and online gaming in busy households.

Complete - 1000Mbps

A great plan that powers a download speed and upload speed of 1000Mbps. This choice can manage the demands of the heaviest data users with many devices.

Switching to Quickline

Switching to Quickline should be straight forward. Once you’ve selected your package, it normally takes around 16 days for your new order to go live. If you do need an engineer for a new line installation then Quickline will arrange for this. Or if you already have a line in place, you’ll be posted out a router that just needs to be plugged in on your go-live date.

If Quickline are taking over an existing service, there will be no need for you to inform your current provider that you’re leaving. However, if you are having a new service installed (normally this will only be anyone who wants to leave Virgin Media), you’ll need to get in touch with your current provider to cancel your service as soon as your Quickline broadband goes live.

Modern Wi-Fi Router

Quickline's broadband packages all include a free and simple-to-install router. The WiFi Quickline router (Zyxel EX5601) is a decent bit of equipment which is future-proofed to support the next generation of Wi-Fi 6 devices. It also has four ports, allowing you to use a wired connection for up to four devices at once.

Price increases

Some broadband providers may increase monthly prices in line with the retail or consumer price index each year during the length of your contract, but not Quickline. They have a price freeze in place to at least 2025.
