Full Fibre 40 With average download speeds of 31Mbps, this package should be fine for browsing and streaming in small households.
Full Fibre 80 This plan has average download speeds of 62Mbps with no download limits. An offering great for browsing and streaming in households with 5-10 simultaneous devices.
Full Fibre 115 A fibre optic plan that offers a 100 Mbps download speed with no download limits. Ideal for those uploading large content, streaming and online gaming.
Full Fibre 160 This package has an average download speed of 140Mbps at peak times. Ideal for those uploading large content, streaming and online gaming.
Full Fibre 220 This speedy full fibre package offers an average download speed of 188Mbps. This plan can easily handle 15+ devices all requiring an internet connection at the same time.
Full Fibre 330 An impressive plan that powers an average download speed of 282Mbps. This choice manages the demands of even the heaviest data users. Gamers will be kept happy with its 43Mbps upload speed.
Full Fibre 550 One of V4 Consumer’s ultrafast products with typical download rates of 523Mbps. Incredibly fast connection, great for large households, multiple devices and downloading and streaming movies and videogames in UHD (ultra high definition).
Full Fibre 1000 V4 Consumer's premium package. This full fibre package offers users an impressive average download speed of 950Mbps which will easily cover all high-use working and gaming internet usage in large, busy households.
Switching to V4 Consumer
Switching to V4 Consumer should be pretty straight forward. Once you’ve selected your package, it normally takes around 16 days for your new order to go live. If you do need an engineer for a new line installation then V4 Consumer will arrange for this. Or if you already have a line in place, you’ll be posted out a router that just needs to be plugged in on your go-live date.
If V4 Consumer are taking over an existing service, there will be no need for you to inform your current provider that you’re leaving. However, if you are having a new service installed (normally this will only be anyone who wants to leave Virgin Media), you’ll need to get in touch with your current provider to cancel your service as soon as your V4 Consumer broadband goes live.
Digital Cloud Line
You can choose Digital Cloud Line as an add-on option. This new home phone service replaces the need for a landline as it’s powered by broadband connection and plugs into the back of your router. You no longer need to pay for line rental and there are different priced options where you can have a call allowance covering you for unlimited calls to UK numbers.

Price Increases
