Trooli WiFi routers

All packages – apart from the 2GB – come with the Cobra Technicolour router. This is a high-end bit of equipment sporting next generation Wi-Fi 6 technology. It is dual-band and has a USB port and four gigabit ethernet ports, in case you want to set up a direct wired connection with any of your other devices.

Anyone choosing the 2GB package will get a slightly more advanced version than the above, built to handle the mega bandwidth and speed on offer.

Switching to Trooli is easy

If you’re a new customer, Trooli aim to get you up and running within two weeks.

Trooli will handle the switching process, so you won’t even have to contact your current broadband provider to tell them you’re leaving. Trooli will handle the whole transfer for you.

Because it uses its own infrastructure rather than your existing landline, an engineer visit will be needed. There are three types of installation that might be chosen. Either overhead, where fibre will be connected from the nearest serviceable telephone pole to the property. Underground (existing), where fibre will be connected from the nearest BT chamber to your property. Or, underground (traditional), where they will run fibre from the property to the nearest Trooli connection point.

All are free. And all result in an unobtrusive looking wall box, externally and internally, to complete your broadband journey.

No mid-price increases

One big plus with Trooli is its pricing. Unlike many of the bigger providers, Trooli promises no mid-contract price hikes. What you sign up for is exactly what you’ll pay for the length of your deal, giving you peace of mind and protection from unexpected increases.
