Latest Ofcom report on UK’s most complained about broadband service providers
Ofcom has released its latest league table for quarterly complaints about broadband ISPs and UK broadband providers TalkTalk and BT are in the top two spots.
TalkTalk received 29 complaints per 100,000 broadband customers and BT received 23. Sky appeared to have the most satisfied customer base with just 5 complaints per 100,000 customers for its fibre and broadband services. Sky also had the most content Pay TV and Landline customers.

Ofcom’s Director of Consumer Policy, Jane Rumble, said: “It’s frustrating enough when things go wrong, without having to put up with poor customer service as well.
“So it’s encouraging to see complaint numbers falling in some areas, and we want to see this continue. Anyone fed up with their provider can easily shop around and see if there’s a better service out there for them.”
